Historical Context: Queen Victoria reigned for almost 64 years (1837-1901), making her Britain's longest-reigning monarch at the time. Her Diamond Jubilee in 1897, which celebrated 60 years of her reign, was also commemorated with various medals. 

The image displays a silver proof medal commemorating the 150th Anniversary of the Birth of Queen Elizabeth II in 1969. The medal features an image of Windsor Castle, encircled by a laurel wreath and the inscription "I AM THAT PEACE, AND BOUND YOU, STATE TO STATE".
