This coin is the 2002 Canadian $20 Transportation: The William Lawrence Sterling Silver Hologram Coin. It is part of a series by the Royal Canadian Mint focusing on Canadian transportation innovations. 

The reverse of the coin, designed by Bonnie Ross, depicts the three-masted ship The William D. Lawrence. A colorful hologram of the ship is featured in the upper right corner. This ship was the largest fully rigged vessel built in the Maritimes, measuring 262 feet in length.
