This is a 2015 Australian Lunar Series II "Year of the Goat" silver coin, minted by The Perth Mint. 

Design: The coin's reverse depicts three goats in a stylized Chinese landscape, along with the Chinese character for "goat" and the inscription "Year of the Goat." The obverse features the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II.
