This is a silver commemorative medallion in the shape of a postage stamp, issued for the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Canada. 

The medallion is a replica of a Canadian semi-postal stamp that was issued to help fund the Olympic Games. 

The original stamps were issued in different denominations, including 8¢, 10¢, and 15¢, and included a surcharge to support the games. 

The design on the stamp features two figures holding torches celebrating the Olympic ceremonies, with the Olympic rings logo and the text "XXI Olympiad Olympiade XXI Montreal 1976".
