This is a 1976 Canadian Silver Dollar minted to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the completion of the Library of Parliament in Ottawa.
Features a detailed view of the iconic Library of Parliament building, which was the only part of the original Centre Block to survive the 1916 fire.
The reverse was designed by Walter Ott and Patrick Brindley. The small "B" you see on the left side of the building is the initial for Patrick Brindley, while the mark on the right is a monogram of Walter Ott's initials.
Displays a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II at age 37.
