This is a 1997 Niue $100 gold coin issued in memory of Diana, Princess of Wales.
The reverse side features a portrait of Princess Diana, as many of these coins were minted in her memory. The obverse displays the crowned national coat of arms surrounded by sprigs and the inscription "NIUE 1997".
