These are five 1 Peso "Tepalcate" coins from Mexico, minted between 1957 and 1967. This series represents Mexico's last circulating silver 1 Peso coins.

Features the Mexican coat of arms (an eagle perched on a cactus devouring a serpent) with the legend "ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS".

Shows the bust of Mexican Independence hero José María Morelos in military attire, surrounded by a decorative wreath.
