This is a one-ounce RMC (Republic Metals Corporation) silver round with the iconic Buffalo Nickel design. 

It contains 1 oz of .999 fine silver. 

The design is based on the original Buffalo Nickel (also known as the Indian Head Nickel) minted by the U.S. Mint from 1913 to 1938. 

The obverse features a profile of a Native American, a composite design created by sculptor James Earle Fraser. 

The text "LIBERTY" is inscribed near the top left of the round.
