This is a 2021 South Korean Chiwoo Cheonwang 1 oz Silver Medal, also known as a bullion coin. 

Design: The medal features Chiwoo Cheonwang, a legendary warrior and figure from Korean mythology, often referred to as the God of War. On the reverse side, Chiwoo is depicted in battle armor, beating a war drum with lightning bolts, and accompanied by soldiers or the Zi:Sin (12 Guardians). The obverse side features a shield with the image of Do ggae bi, a Korean mythical figure believed to ward off evil spirits. 

Material and Purity: It is made of 1 troy ounce of .999 pure silver.
