This is the 2005 Canadian $20 Mingan Archipelago Fine Silver Coin. It was issued by the Royal Canadian Mint as part of their National Parks series.
The reverse features a humpback whale tail fluke emerging from the water near the limestone cliffs of the Mingan Archipelago.
The reverse design depicts a whale tail diving into the water against the backdrop of the monolith rock formations of the Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve. The artist initials "PL" (Pierre Leduc) are struck on the left cliffside.
This was the second release in the Canadian National Parks series produced by the Royal Canadian Mint.
